How the model is organised
Client scope
Organizations link team members, stock items and storage locations. Users link to team members.
Request and issue
Stock requests link organization, owner, item and location. Stock reservations claim item and location, with an optional lot.
Stock history
Stock lots belong to items. Stock movements link the request, item and location; a movement can reference a lot and another movement it reverses.
Review and billing
Client storage charges, review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts link to the parent stock requests record.

Keys and references
Keep organization codes and item SK us distinct within the operating scope. A request record number identifies source work; its revision protects a guarded decision. Movement source effect keys and receipt operation keys identify effects across retries. Retain original movement IDs so compensating movements can use Reverses.
Migration order
- Import Organizations and Users, then team members.
- Import stock items and storage locations for their organizations.
- Import stock lots for relevant items.
- Import stock requests with organization, owner, item and location references.
- Import record attachments, review decisions and client storage charges against parent requests.
- Import stock reservations, posted stock movements and operation receipts with source identities and links. Reconcile signed quantities before use.
