Create your account

Click Get started to create an ERP.AI account. Use Proto to configure SCM for 3PL around your client organizations, stock items, storage locations and team members. Assign a Coordinator, Warehouse Operator, Inventory Reviewer, Billing Specialist and Reconciliation Analyst.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Choose a real client request with an owner, requested base units and required date. Add supporting evidence with its intended visibility. Confirm the item and site are active. For a lot-tracked item, check its release state and expiry date. Have the Inventory Reviewer decide the current request revision before a warehouse operator reserves eligible stock.

Review before release

Confirm physical issue once, compare the negative posted movement with the consumed reservation and receipt, then retry the operation key to check that stock is not issued twice. Submit a storage statement and rehearse a return with a reason. Inspect Operations Overview for pending, failed or needs-review receipts. Expand to another client after checking the organization boundary and evidence visibility.

Set up 3PL SCM your way.

Start free, then use Proto to change fields, steps and approvals before your team goes live.
