Organizations own storage locations, stock items and team members; team members link to Users.
Part identity
Stock items define the SKU and base unit; stock lots belong to an item and carry release and expiry evidence.
Request work
Stock requests link the owner, organization, item and locations. Fitment checks, review decisions and record attachments belong to the request.
Quantity effects
Stock reservations claim quantity for a request, item and location. Stock movements record signed posted quantity and may link to a reversed movement.
Execution evidence
Operation receipts retain operation keys, expected revisions and effect references under the request.

Keys and references
Use an organization code and item SKU consistently during migration. Keep each request record number, owner and revision with its child evidence. Retain the movement’s source request, item, location and optional lot. A reversal points to the original movement through Reverses; it does not replace the original record.
Migration order
- Load Organizations and Users, then team members and storage locations.
- Load stock items and their stock lots.
- Load stock requests with owner, item and location references.
- Load fitment checks, record attachments and review decisions under each request.
- Load stock reservations and stock movements, preserving reversal references.
- Load operation receipts with their operation keys and effect references, then reconcile them against the imported effects.
