Prepare the first operating cycle
Choose an active location, a representative automotive SKU and its lot policy. Create a request with a named owner, required date and quantity. Attach the evidence Inventory Reviewer will need, including a vehicle fitment check when the part must be matched to a model and year.
Review before release
Have the Inventory Reviewer decide on the submitted revision. Follow the approved request to its reservation or posted movement and read the operation receipt. Rehearse a changed revision and an uncertain receipt so the team knows who pauses and investigates the case. Continue with the implementation plan.
