How the model is organised
Chemical items and lots
Stock items retains SKU, base unit and lot tracked. Stock lots links Item and records lot code, expires at, release state and owner reference.
Storage locations
Storage locations links Organization and provides the identity and eligibility note used in request preparation.
Stock requests
Stock requests links Organization, Owner, Counterparty, Item and Location. Counterparty references storage locations. Team members.User resolves the person's platform identity.
Compatibility and SDS evidence
Compatibility reviews links Parent to stock requests and retains its own Revision, chemical evidence and Organization. Record attachments.Parent links the files to the same stock request.
Posted stock movements
Stock movements links Parent, Item, Location and optional Lot. Posted signed quantities establish stock, while Reverses links compensation to the original movement.
Reservations and consumption
Stock reservations links Request, Item, Location and optional Lot with Quantity, State and expires at.
Reversals and reconciliation
Review decisions records source revision and Reviewer. Operation receipts retains operation key, expected revision, result state and effect references against Parent.

Preserve source record identities when importing linked evidence. SKU, lot code and location Code help people identify the stock, while the reference fields establish the actual relationships. Item code, lot code and base unit on movements provide context alongside the references; reconcile them with the intended item and lot.
