Review chemical storage compatibility evidence

Assess the submitted chemical evidence against the current parent stock request.

Step by step

  1. Prepare the evidence Inventory Coordinator

    • Capture chemical evidence and identify its source
    • Updates Compatibility reviews, Record attachments, Stock requests
  2. Submit the assessment Inventory Coordinator

Submit the compatibility review from Draft to Submitted. Confirm its organization and parent request so the reviewer is assessing the evidence for the intended stock operation.

  3. Check the submitted evidence Inventory Coordinator

The submission action validates the chemical class, review time, concentration and SDS revision against the current request context. The Chemical Safety Reviewer checks the source documents and location context under the site's assessment procedure, identifying concerns for the Inventory Reviewer.

    • Validate the submission and check the supporting documents
    • Updates Compatibility reviews, Stock requests, Record attachments
  4. Prepare stock authorization Inventory Coordinator

Carry the checked evidence into the Inventory Reviewer's independent assessment of the stock request. If the request or chemical evidence changes, resolve that scope before submitting the request for its stock decision.
