Step by step

1. Prepare the request Inventory Coordinator

   The Inventory Coordinator identifies the item, quantity, base unit and location scope. Confirm the responsible owner and required date, then attach the inspection material that the reviewers need.

2. Check compatibility context Chemical Safety Reviewer

   Have the Chemical Safety Reviewer assess the relevant submitted compatibility evidence. Confirm that the chemical class, concentration and SDS revision apply to the current request and intended location.

   • Assess the chemical evidence for the request
   • Updates Compatibility reviews, Stock requests, Record attachments

3. Authorize the stock operation Inventory Reviewer

   The Inventory Reviewer independently approves the frozen request revision after checking its quantity, unit, location and supporting evidence. The approved request enters the applicable receive or move path.

   • Review to Approved for the eligible frozen revision
   • Updates Stock requests, Review decisions
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Validate and post Inventory Coordinator

   The guarded operation checks the authenticated organization, actor scope, source identity and expected revision. It validates the item base unit and excludes Pending, Quarantined, Blocked or expired lots before appending the posted signed movement.

5. Inspect the result Inventory Coordinator

   The Inventory Coordinator follows the posted effect back to its request and checks the item, location and lot. The Inventory Reviewer investigates a receipt or stock position that does not match the intended operation.
