Reconcile chemical stock operation results

Step by step

1. Select unsettled operations Inventory Reviewer

   Inspect receipts for pending or failed operations and those needing review through the scheduled reconciliation run or the authorized Inventory Reviewer's manual action. The scheduled process runs every 15 minutes.

2. Read the linked evidence Inventory Reviewer

   For each receipt, inspect its stock request and persisted movements. Identify the declared action, expected revision and effect references before deciding what result the evidence supports.

   • Find the parent request and persisted local effects
   • Updates Operation receipts, Stock requests, Stock movements

3. Compare the expected effect Inventory Reviewer

   Check whether the recorded movement matches the intended request scope. Investigate a missing effect, an unexpected quantity or a mismatched revision before treating the operation as complete.

   • Assess revision, quantity and effect agreement
   • Updates Stock movements, Stock requests, Operation receipts

4. Retain the result Inventory Reviewer

   Record the reconciled result and preserve discrepancies that need review. If a connected system participates in the operation, use the confirmation procedure agreed for that connection before relying on its external result.

5. Follow the exception Inventory Reviewer

   The Inventory Reviewer gives the Inventory Coordinator a clear next action when correction or further evidence is required. Auditor can follow the receipt and movement history within the authorized organization.
