1. Explain the requested change Inventory Coordinator

   The Inventory Coordinator identifies the stock request, current revision and reason for correction or cancellation. Keep the reason with the request or review evidence used by the action.

   Read the request's posted movements, reservations and operation receipts. Distinguish scope that has not executed from an effect that requires a compensating movement.

3. Decide the corrective scope Inventory Reviewer

   The Inventory Reviewer independently assesses the eligible change and records the appropriate Reject or Return decision used by the reversal path. Confirm the allowed remaining scope of the original movement before authorizing its adjustment.
