Keys and references
Stock requests links to its organization, owner, item and locations. Cold chain reviews, review decisions, record attachments, operation receipts and stock movements link back to the parent request. Stock reservations links to the request, item, location and optionally lot. A stock movements record may reference an earlier movement through Reverses. Team members links to Organizations and Users. Keep those references intact during migration so a decision, attachment and operation result can be traced to the correct request.
Migration order
- Import Organizations and Users, then team members.
- Add storage locations and stock items for each organization.
- Add stock lots with expiry and release state.
- Add stock requests with owners, status and revision.
- Bring across related cold chain reviews, record attachments and review decisions.
- Reconcile stock reservations, stock movements and operation receipts against the accepted cutoff.
