Select the first organization and its active team members. Confirm each person's operational role and the locations they will use. Define the item and lot range for the pilot, including expiry and release state. Prepare a Draft request with a named owner and required date, then have a different person inspect its revision and record a decision.
Add a hold case with an excursion duration, temperature and evidence attachment. Ask the reviewer to decide the submitted review and then inspect the lot state, reservation and movement trail. Include one uncertain operation result in the exercise. This makes the handoff between review, stock accounting and reconciliation visible before the operating volume grows.
