Customs clearance

Start with a purchase that already has an order reference. The Customs Coordinator links its declaration to the same organization, enters the entry number and HS code, and records duty in USD. After the external filing is made, the filing date and Submitted status identify the case waiting for an external outcome. The decision date and approved or rejected outcome remain on that declaration.
