Evidence and exceptions

Use a purchase awaiting review. The Buyer attaches the supporting file with an evidence type; the Trade Reviewer checks the file and its visibility before deciding. If an operation attempt produces a receipt marked needs review, the Trade Operations Lead compares its operation key and expected revision with the current purchase revision. The receipt keeps the result and failure reason beside the case.
