Order and receipt

Use a reviewed purchase with an order reference. The Buyer checks the approved amount and supplier before marking the request Ordered. When goods arrive, the Receiving Clerk examines each line, enters its accepted quantity and acceptance date, and adds the invoice reference. The request can then be marked Received. The line detail preserves the difference between what was requested and what was accepted.
