How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure SCM for Dropshipping for your business. Pilot one organization, a small product range and a confirmed order through routing review and partial shipment.
What does the supplier route record?
It links an order to a route status, supplier reference, routed units, routing date and acknowledgement ID. A separate review decision keeps the reviewer and reason.
Who approves a route?
Order Reviewer decides a submitted route against the current order revision. Supplier Coordinator prepares the route and follows the supplier response.
Does acknowledgement mean an order shipped?
A supplier acknowledgement records the supplier response. Shipped and Delivered events carry separate product, quantity and date evidence.
How do we follow a split shipment?
Read ordered, allocated and shipped units on each line alongside dated fulfillment events. The order can remain part shipped while units are open.
Can we see payment provider events?
Yes. Payment evidence keeps the provider event ID and reference, event type, amount, date and verification state on the order.
How are failed actions investigated?
Operation receipts hold the action key, expected revision, result state and failure reason. Check the external reference before repeating an action.
Can we attach supporting files?
Order attachments can carry a title, evidence type, upload date and Internal or Shared visibility.
What should we migrate first?
Load organizations, staff, customers and products before customer orders. Bring related routes and dated evidence across with their original external references.
