Step by step

1. Read approval Supplier Coordinator

   Supplier Coordinator checks the route's Approved state and its linked customer order before contacting or updating the supplier record.

   • Approved route identified
   • Updates Supplier routing, Review decisions

2. Record supplier response Supplier Coordinator

   Supplier Coordinator enters the supplier reference, routed units, routing date and acknowledgement ID. The route can move to Completed when the routing work is finished.

   • Supplier reference and acknowledgement retained
   • Updates Supplier routing

3. Record allocation Fulfillment Coordinator

   Fulfillment Coordinator records an Allocated event for the order and product, with quantity and external event ID.

   • Allocated event tied to order and product
   • Updates Fulfillment events, Customer orders

4. Trace shipment Fulfillment Coordinator

   Fulfillment Coordinator records Shipped events and compares their quantities with the order lines. A partial shipment leaves open units visible.

   • Shipped units compared with ordered units
   • Updates Fulfillment events, Order lines, Customer orders

5. Trace delivery or return Fulfillment Coordinator

   Fulfillment Coordinator records Delivered or Returned events only from the corresponding external update.

   • Dated delivery or return evidence retained
   • Updates Fulfillment events, Products
