Step by step

1. Prepare label Fulfillment Operator

   Fulfillment Operator enters carrier and package details against the order and organization while the label is Draft.

   • Carrier and package details prepared
   • Updates Carrier labels, Customer orders

2. Submit revision Fulfillment Operator

   Fulfillment Operator freezes the packed-order revision and moves the label from Draft to Submitted.

   • Submitted version frozen
   • Updates Carrier labels

3. Review label Label Reviewer

   Label Reviewer examines the submitted revision, order and package details and records Approve, Reject or Return with a reason. Approval moves the label to Approved.

   • Decision and reason recorded
   • Updates Review decisions, Carrier labels
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Resolve outcome Fulfillment Operator

   Fulfillment Operator corrects rejected work as a new revision or proceeds with the approved label. Shipment still requires its own Shipped event.

   • Correction or external outcome tracked
   • Updates Carrier labels, Operation receipts

The reviewer is independent of the preparer; operations reconciles uncertain provider outcomes.
