Keys and references

A request connects its organization, owner, item, location and counterparty. Its revision connects to a reviewer decision through the recorded source revision. A posted movement points back to the request and also identifies the item, location and optional lot. An operation receipt carries an operation key, expected revision and effect references. Preserve these keys in migration so an auditor can reconstruct a decision and its result.

Migration order

  1. Organizations and users. Establish legal entities and accounts before assigning memberships.
  2. Locations and items. Import site codes and SKU identities under the correct organization.
  3. Lots and memberships. Record expiry and release state, then attach active people to their organization.
  4. Requests and plans. Import parent requests before linked seasonal targets, attachments and decisions.
  5. Claims and effects. Load reservations and posted movements only after the referenced request, item, location and lot exist.
  6. Operation evidence. Reconcile operation keys, outcomes and effect references to the migrated movements.
