Integrations

Connections should preserve the identifiers the team uses to review a request and reconcile a movement. Agree the source of truth for each code before importing the first seasonal cycle.

  • Fashion/Apparel SCM
  • Item master
  • Warehouse records
  • Planning data
  • Financial reporting

Systems to connect

  • Item master. Bring the SKU, name, base unit and lot-tracking choice into stock items under the right organization.
  • Warehouse records. Map each storage locations code and stock lots lot code to the operational site and item. Carry expiry and release state with the lot.
  • Planning data. Bring season, size-color target, required date and parent request reference into seasonal stock plans.
  • Financial reporting. Export posted movement quantities and any recorded unit cost with the item, location and request references used to explain the stock change.

How connections are governed

Choose one owner for each identifier mapping. Reconcile a sample item, lot and location before a large import. Keep an operation key for retried work and compare expected revision and effect references with the posted movement. A failed or review-needed receipt belongs in the reconciliation queue until the team can explain the outcome.
