Pick one site and its active locations. Have Admin check organization membership, location codes and the eligibility notes that reviewers will use. The coordinator opens one request for a named item and specific required date. The reviewer records an Approve or Reject decision with a reason. The operator tests a Released lot and a Blocked lot before reserving the approved scope.
Include a correction rehearsal. If the request remains Draft, cancel it before reserving stock. For an Approved request with an unused claim, release that claim once. If an issue has posted, retain the original movement and make a compensating entry linked through Reverses. Confirm the receipt reflects the actual effect. This keeps the site team from treating a status change as proof of physical movement.
