How the model is organised

Organization

Organizations own storage locations, stock items and team members; team members link to Users.

Requests

Stock requests bind an item, location, counterparty, owner and organization. Store replenishments point to the parent request.

Stock

Stock lots belong to stock items. Stock reservations relate a request to an item and location, with an optional lot. Stock movements record posted signed effects.

Evidence

Review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts point to stock requests.

Keys and references

Use the organization code, location code and item SKU consistently when bringing historical data in. Stock requests carry their own record number and revision. A decision’s source revision identifies which request version was reviewed. A movement’s source effect key and a receipt’s operation key help reconcile action evidence. Preserve the links to parent requests and team members.
