Step by step

2. Reserve the authorized quantity Warehouse Operator

   The guarded reservation action checks current free quantity and creates an Active claim for the approved scope. Retain the resulting operation receipt and source identity.

   • Updates Stock reservations, Operation receipts

3. Confirm the physical issue Warehouse Operator

   The Warehouse Operator supplies the evidence that stock was actually issued. The issue action appends a negative posted movement and marks the reserved scope Consumed exactly once.

   • Append a negative effect and consume the reserved scope
   • Updates Stock movements, Stock reservations, Operation receipts

4. Review the recorded outcome Warehouse Operator

   The Warehouse Operator checks the reservation, movement and receipt together. The Inventory Reviewer investigates an unresolved result before the team accepts any additional effect for the same source event.
