Click Get started to open SCM with Consignment Tracking. Name the organization that owns the first consigned item, then assign the Inventory Coordinator, Inventory Reviewer and App Administrator who will work on the pilot.

Prepare the first operating cycle

Add an active item, a storage location and a released lot if the item is lot tracked. Take one real receipt or move, create its stock request and attach the supporting evidence. Ask an independent reviewer to decide on the request revision. Follow the operation receipt and posted movement to the physical stock record. Then hold a smaller quantity and record a confirmed use under the applicable agreement reference.

Review before release

Compare the request, reservation, posted movement and completed usage. Rehearse a rejected review, a failed operation and a correction to a posted movement. Check who can see Shared attachments and who can record a decision. Agree how completed usage reaches the billing team and how the handoff will be reconciled.
