How a SCM with Consignment Tracking rollout works

Set up organization scope, rehearse a reviewed stock action and reconcile confirmed usage.

  1. Define ownership

Name the organizations, team members, reviewer and administrator for the first operating scope.

  2. Load stock context

Add active items, storage locations and released lots with the agreed codes and units.

  3. Rehearse a request

Prepare a real receipt or move, attach evidence, obtain an independent decision and inspect its operation receipt and posted movement.

  4. Rehearse consumption

Hold quantity with a reservation, record physical issue and complete reviewed usage under an agreement reference.

  5. Reconcile exceptions

Test a rejected decision, a failed operation receipt and a compensating movement before expanding to more sites.

What the customer provides

Provide organization and site names, item SK us and base units, lot release practice, named coordinators and reviewers, and the agreement reference used for consumption. Supply representative receipt and usage evidence with its intended visibility. Identify the billing system and the person who accepts the completed usage handoff.

Changing it afterwards

Add locations and items under the correct organization, then rehearse their effect on requests and reports. A change to requested quantity or stock identity needs a fresh review of the current revision. Correct a posted stock effect with a linked compensating movement so the earlier record remains available. Review access whenever a team member changes organization or role.
