Delivery and reconciliation

The work follows one selected load. Keep its owner, current revision and related evidence visible at every handoff. The Dispatcher prepares physical movement; the Transport Supervisor examines decisions and exceptions that require independent attention.

Step by step

  1. Capture delivery Dispatcher

Dispatcher records the actual delivery timestamp on the load and checks the destination stop evidence.

    • Preserve the physical handoff.
    • Updates Loads, Load stops, Record attachments
  2. Complete load Dispatcher

Dispatcher moves an eligible in-transit load to Delivered and reads the operation receipt. A refused or partial delivery stays an explicit exception.

    • Record the completion outcome.
    • Updates Loads, Operation receipts
  3. Inspect failed action Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor opens a Failed receipt, compares its expected revision with the linked load and supporting evidence, and records the discrepancy.

    • Establish what happened.
    • Updates Operation receipts, Loads, Record attachments
  4. Reconcile result Transport Supervisor

Transport Supervisor moves a failed receipt to needs review after inspection. A repeated operation key must return the earlier result rather than duplicate an effect.

    • Keep unresolved work visible.
    • Updates Operation receipts, Review decisions
