Dispatch and stops

The work follows one selected load. Keep its owner, current revision and related evidence visible at every handoff. The Dispatcher prepares physical movement; the Transport Supervisor examines decisions and exceptions that require independent attention.

Step by step

  1. Confirm assignment Dispatcher

Dispatcher checks that the driver and vehicle are on the intended load and that the assignment dates match the stop windows.

    • Establish the dispatch pairing.
    • Updates Load assignments, Drivers, Vehicles, Load stops
  2. Dispatch load Dispatcher

Dispatcher moves the planned load to Dispatched and tells the next handler which pickup stop is expected.

    • Expose the active movement.
    • Updates Loads, Load stops
  3. Confirm pickup Dispatcher

Dispatcher records the actual pickup time. After confirmed physical pickup, the load moves from Dispatched to in transit with an operation receipt.

    • Separate a physical event from a plan.
    • Updates Loads, Operation receipts
  4. Record stop events Dispatcher

Dispatcher records actual arrival and departure against the planned windows and adds proof reference or a supporting attachment when available.

    • Keep route evidence with the load.
    • Updates Load stops, Record attachments
