Step by step

1. Prepare request Inventory Coordinator

   Inventory Coordinator names the item, location, counterparty and requested units for receive or move work.

   • Names stock and places
   • Updates Stock requests, Stock items, Storage locations

2. Submit for review Inventory Coordinator

   The coordinator presents the current request revision with its supporting evidence.

   • Presents the revision
   • Updates Stock requests, Record attachments

3. Decide revision Inventory Reviewer

   Inventory Reviewer records an independent approval or rejection with a reason.

   • Records the independent decision
   • Updates Review decisions, Stock requests
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Execute approved action Inventory Coordinator

   Inventory Coordinator follows the approved request and checks its operation receipt.

   • Captures action result and signed effect
   • Updates Operation receipts, Stock movements

5. Reconcile evidence Inventory Reviewer

   Inventory Reviewer compares the signed movement, posting state, lot and location with the approved request.

   • Checks lot, location, quantity and posting
   • Updates Stock movements, Stock lots

6. Resolve exceptions Inventory Reviewer

   If a correction is needed, the team follows the compensating movement back to the movement it reverses.

   • Retains correction and original in one trail
   • Updates Stock movements, Operation receipts

Inventory Coordinator

Follows the approved request and its result; Inventory Reviewer reconciles signed effects; Auditor reads authorized movement history.
