Start with one organization, two active locations and a stock item used at both sites. Have the App Administrator confirm the location codes and the coordinator prepare a request for replenishment at the destination. Attach the reason for the move and let a different reviewer decide the current request revision.
After approval, link the transfer to that request and compare its units, origin and destination with the parent. A reservation at the source location can show the intended stock scope. Inspect the posted signed movements and the operation receipt before treating the destination as replenished. If a receipt needs review, reconcile its effect references first.
Decide who maintains organization and location codes, who prepares requests, and who reconciles uncertain operations. A changed item or quantity should return through the same review discipline.
