Start with two active storage locations under the same organization. Have the App Administrator confirm each code, contact and eligibility note, then assign the request to a coordinator. The reviewer should see the current request revision, both locations and the supporting attachment before deciding whether the transfer can proceed.
Prepare a child transfer with the origin and destination written as site names, then compare those names with the parent request locations. Record the release decision and inspect the receipt. If a site assignment changes later, check open requests and team members before using the new route. Retain the earlier movement history for the Auditor.
Decide who maintains organization and location codes, who prepares requests, and who reconciles uncertain operations. A changed item or quantity should return through the same review discipline.
