How the model is organised

Operating scope

Organizations, team members and storage locations identify who owns work and where it happens.

Item identity

Stock items and stock lots hold the base unit, lot rule, expiry and release state.

Return work

Stock requests carry the requested quantity, owner, counterparty, status and revision.

Review and evidence

Review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts retain decisions, files and guarded action results.

Quantity effects

Stock reservations hold claims; stock movements record posted signed changes and reversals; refurbishment jobs retain recovered-unit lineage.
