Keys and references

Use the load’s record number for the human handoff and its reference links for related records. A proposal’s parent points to the load; its revision identifies the candidate under review. Assignment references point to the selected driver and vehicle. Review decisions and operation receipts also point to the load, so the team can inspect the full trail from a single movement.

Migration order

  1. Set up Organizations and Users, then team members with their organization and user links.
  2. Add transport partners, Drivers and Vehicles; record vehicle defects where relevant.
  3. Create Loads with owner, counterparty and promised delivery time.
  4. Add load stops and route proposals for planned work.
  5. Bring in load assignments, review decisions, record attachments and operation receipts with their parent references.
