App Administrator enters vehicle codes, capacity, class and readiness, along with driver authority details. Dispatcher creates one load with an equipment need, submits a route candidate and holds a suitable assignment interval. Transport Supervisor reviews the route before the load moves to dispatch.
Rehearse a vehicle defect reported just before departure. Record the defect and repair evidence, keep the vehicle out of the ready choices, and move the assignment to another suitable vehicle. The route and capacity assumptions should be checked again if the replacement changes them. After the trip, record arrival, departure and delivery times so the team can compare the final result with the plan.
