Systems to connect
- Route generation. Agree where a candidate route, estimated miles and optimization version originate before submitting a proposal.
- Fleet authority. Keep driver eligibility and vehicle identity aligned with the systems that issue those facts.
- GPS and trip events. Decide how actual pickup, stop and delivery times will be entered or connected.
- Delivery documents. Attach proof files and use a consistent reference for stop-level evidence.
How connections are governed
App Administrator owns the reference data and membership setup. Dispatcher checks that external facts are current before planning an assignment. Transport Supervisor reviews the particular route revision and its supporting records. For each connection, agree an owner, refresh timing, failure response and reconciliation route. A failed operation receipt should lead to inspection of the attempted action and its expected revision before retry.
