Keys and references

A purchase requests record owns its purchase lines, review decisions, record attachments and supplier acknowledgements. Purchase requisitions own requisition lines and may connect to an RFQ, order or blanket release. Purchase orders own PO line items; receipt lines point to those lines. Procurement events and commitment allocations retain source revisions and signed effects. User identity and team membership have separate records; map them carefully during setup.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, Users, team members, Departments and cost centers with reviewed identity mappings.
  2. Load Suppliers, Categories, Items, Locations and qualification evidence.
  3. Review approval matrix, approval delegations, contract rates and master agreements with their effective dates.
  4. Bring in approved requisitions, orders and open commitments through migration batches with reconciled control totals.
  5. Add receipt baselines, supplier evidence and event delivery destinations; compare accepted quantity and commitment totals before activation.
