How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure SCM with Vendor Scorecard for your business. Begin with an eligible supplier and a representative purchase request, then rehearse independent approval, actual acceptance and a period assessment with the responsible team.
What does submission do to a purchase request?
The guarded action checks the expected draft revision and freezes the eligible scope as Submitted. Its operation receipt records the result so an older request cannot silently submit a changed draft.
Does approval mean the supplier order exists?
Approval records the independent decision and approved date. The request carries its real order reference and Ordered state only after the supplier handoff is persisted. Supplier acknowledgement remains a separate external event.
How is partial acceptance recorded?
Receiving Officer records actual accepted quantity and accepted date on the selected purchase line. The remaining requested quantity does not become accepted scope simply because it was included in the original order.
Can the team accept more than was requested?
The receipt action rejects over-receipt unless an authorized change is supplied. Rehearse the supporting authorization and quantity basis during setup before using that path.
What scope can an invoice reference match?
Finance Officer matches the supplier invoice reference to unused accepted scope. The action hands off only the reviewed eligible amount and must not consume the same accepted portion again through a repeated request.
What does the supplier scorecard measure?
The assessment records on-time and acceptance percentages for a stated period. Supplier Analyst supplies evidence explaining the basis of each measure, and Procurement Reviewer independently decides the submitted revision.
How are missing observations handled?
Missing evidence is an issue to resolve before a supported assessment can complete. It must not be entered as zero quality merely to populate the scorecard. Keep the period’s actual source basis available for review.
When is an assessment completed?
Approval is followed by a check of the operation’s persisted effects. The assessment reaches Completed only after those effects are confirmed, with its review and operation evidence retained.
Does invoice matching execute a payment?
The reviewed eligible amount proceeds to the configured downstream process. Payment execution and any inventory posting belong to the systems connected for those purposes; no such effect is fabricated locally.
How are executed mistakes corrected?
The correction path preserves accepted or executed history and routes the scope for a reviewer-approved compensating action with its original source identity. Read-first reconciliation compares actual effects before confirming a disputed result.
