What the agent can do

• Production Planner: Show Draft work orders with their customer order, quantity, planned dates and resource so the planner can review release readiness.
• Production Operator: Find the operator's assigned work and help prepare a material issue using the correct item, lot and unit.
• Quality Reviewer: Gather the Pending batch, linked work order and production intervals for an acceptance discussion.
• Manager: Summarize customer items and required dates before the agreed order approval.

What stays with a person

• The assistant cannot inspect the physical output, decide that a machine is safe to run or replace the reviewer's acceptance decision.
• It must use the acting user's permissions and the normal release or posting action.
• A screen summary does not authorize changing stock.
• Ask the responsible person to resolve a wrong lot, uncertain quantity or missing inspection evidence before the action proceeds.
