Systems to connect

• Customer order system. Connect customer commitments when another system owns order entry. Agree customer and item identity, approval ownership and how a changed required date reaches Production Planner.
• Purchasing and warehouse systems. Connect supplier receipt and opening-stock information where those systems own physical inventory. Reconcile item, unit, location, lot and reserved quantity before production issues depend on the result.
• Inspection system. Bring laboratory or quality evidence into the review procedure when measurements are recorded elsewhere. Quality Reviewer needs a reliable way to identify the corresponding output lot before authorizing release.
• Machine data system. Connect equipment events or time observations when the floor uses machine telemetry. Agree which source can update a station and who resolves conflicting operator and machine information.
• Payroll and accounting systems. Share reviewed production time or stock outcomes only after agreeing their meaning with the receiving team. Keep payroll calculation, invoicing and financial posting with their owning systems.
• Team notifications. Set up event notifications if station interruptions need a message outside the app. Name the recipients and response owner for each Andon reason during implementation.

Treat each connection as a setup decision with a named owner on both sides. Agree record identity and the direction of each update before enabling writes. Rehearse a repeated delivery and confirm that it cannot duplicate a material decrement or finished-goods receipt. Keep a correction procedure for a wrong item, lot or personnel match, and reconcile a complete pilot run before expanding the connection to the rest of the floor.
