How the model is organised
Customers and Products
Customers references Organizations. Products retains SKU, base unit, Active and standard price USD. Team members references Organizations and Users.
Priced Sales
Sales orders references Organization, Owner and Counterparty. Sales lines references its order through Parent and retains SKU text, quantity and USD pricing components.
Fit Assessments
Fit assessments references sales orders and Organizations. Product size, assessed at, confidence percent and measurement consent retain the recommendation context.
Payments and Refunds
Payment evidence references the order and retains provider event ID, Type, amount USD, Verified and provider reference. Sales orders retains captured at and refunded USD for order-level context.
Fulfillment and Returns
Fulfillment events references sales orders and Products, with Quantity, event type and external event ID. Sales lines.returned units is a separate line-level value for review.
Reviews and Reconciliation
Review decisions and operation receipts reference sales orders. Record attachments references the order and uploaded by team member with visibility and evidence type.

Preserve the source Id values and Parent references. Fit assessments links to an order, while its product size is text; agree the assessed-product context before handling complex orders. Sales lines.SKU is also text, so resolve it to the intended catalog product before using a fulfillment events.Product reference. Agree how the product identity is carried from the assessment to its order lines and fulfillment events.
Use team members.User for authenticated identity. Bind review and execution to the correct source version and operation identity, since an order can have several actions. USD amount fields remain USD regardless of Organizations.Currency.
Migration order
- Load Organizations, resolve Users and create team members with the correct identity links.
- Import Customers and Products with reviewed codes and SK us.
- Import sales orders with valid owner, customer and organization references.
- Attach sales lines and resolve their intended catalog identities.
- Import fit assessments and record attachments with the correct order and uploader scope.
- Retain payment evidence and fulfillment events with their original external identifiers; importing history must not repeat provider or stock actions.
- Preserve review decisions and operation receipts with the source revisions and operation identities they originally describe.
