Systems to Connect

• Measurement and sizing service. Configure the chosen collection or estimation service if used by the team. Agree consent, access and retention before bringing protected information into the assessment process, and define how the size and confidence are explained.
• Storefront or assisted-sales channel. Connect the order intake and presentation path needed for the customer journey. Preserve the customer, organization and intended garment context through that handoff.
• Payment provider. Configure authorization, capture, refund and void evidence with stable external identifiers. Confirm how provider outcomes become verified before using them to establish collected cash.
• Stock owner and fulfillment service. Verify the actual authority to allocate and hand over product units. Preserve product identity and external event references through the movement history.
• Evidence storage. Use controlled access for order and review attachments. Check file access directly under the people who need the evidence, alongside its intended Internal or Shared visibility.

Give each connection a responsible owner and an agreed record identity. Rehearse valid input, a repeated request and an unknown outcome. Keep credentials outside order notes and customer records. Commerce Reviewer should be able to resolve the retained external reference to the same order and action scope before confirming completion. A local status change alone does not reverse a provider or stock-owner effect.
