What the agent can do

  • Learning Coordinator: Find my open requests and summarize the program, planned dates and next evidence task.
  • Assessor: List the pending assessment entries for the selected request and the supporting files available for review.
  • Credential Reviewer: Summarize the named skill, assessed score and evidence reference before I decide the current case revision.
  • Program Administrator: Identify the verified assessment supporting a proposed completion and any unresolved receipt that needs attention.

What stays with a person

  • The assistant must respect the user's organization and action permissions.
  • It cannot demonstrate a learner's skill without assessment evidence, replace the independent credential reviewer or treat scheduling as verified achievement.
  • Current revisions and approved evidence must be checked through the guarded action.
  • An external credential outcome requires the actual destination evidence.
