How the model is organised
Programs and eligibility
Organizations owns Programs and team members. Programs retains Code, contact name, Address and eligibility note; team members.User references Users.
Learning requests
Learning requests references Programs through Counterparty, team members through Owner and Organizations through Organization. Learner count, starts at and ends at describe the cohort scope with Status and Revision.
Cohort scheduling
Scheduling operates on learning requests and records learning evidence under Parent. Evidence type distinguishes Attendance from Assessment, Credential and Payment.
Assessment evidence
Learning evidence retains line number, Revision, learner reference, occurred at, Score and verification status. Record attachments retains the supporting File, evidence type, Visibility and uploaded by reference.
Skill credential reviews
Credential reviews references learning requests and Organizations, retaining Skill, assessed score, reviewed at, evidence reference, decision at and its own Revision and Status.
Completion and operations
Review decisions references the parent request and Reviewer, with source revision, Decision, Reason and operation key. Operation receipts references the request and retains expected revision, result state, effect references and failure reason.

Keys and references
Preserve Id values and relationships during import. Organizations.Code, Programs.Code and learning requests.record number help people recognize the business records. Use the actual referenced record identity when linking a request to its program or an evidence line to its parent.
Learner reference and evidence reference are text values whose conventions the team must agree. Keep their meaning consistent with the supporting material used in review. Guardian consent is a request text entry to interpret through the provider’s evidence procedure.
Learning requests.Revision, credential reviews.Revision and learning evidence.Revision belong to their respective records. Confirm the decision action’s meaning of source revision when following review history. Operation key identifies repeatable operations; retain it alongside the recorded effects. Resolve current-user work through team members.User, and map Users.User deliberately to platform identity.
Migration order
- Provider and staff identity. Establish Organizations and Users, then link team members to their organization and platform account.
- Offerings. Load Programs with active settings, eligibility notes and delivery contacts.
- Cohort scope. Load learning requests with valid program and owner references, planned dates and preserved revisions.
- Learning evidence. Link learning evidence and record attachments to their requests, retaining learner references and uploader identity.
- Credential cases. Link credential reviews to the correct request and organization with their original evidence references and states.
- Decision history. Preserve review decisions and operation receipts with their original source revisions, operation identities and effects. Do not recreate historical decisions by executing a new action.
