Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Skill Development Platform for your business. Start with a familiar program and a representative cohort. Name the coordinator, assessor and independent credential reviewer, then rehearse acceptance, assessment verification and the issuance result.

The request identifies the program, organization and owner with its learner count, planned dates and current revision. Supporting files and learning evidence remain linked to that request throughout delivery and review.

The guarded acceptance action checks the request, actor organization, current revision and active program, while the Program Administrator examines the agreed eligibility context. Its operation receipt lets the team inspect the saved result.

Scheduling moves accepted work to Scheduled and records attendance activity. Learning completion has its own guarded check requiring verified Assessment evidence that agrees with the request’s scope and revision.

Assessor records the learner reference, score and occurrence date on an Assessment evidence entry. Pending, Verified and Rejected states track the evidence check under the procedure agreed for the program.

Credential Reviewer examines the prepared case independently, including the named skill, assessed score and evidence reference. The decision retains a reason and source revision before issuance proceeds.

Credential Reviewer checks the approved skill case, the current learning request and the assessment entries selected for issuance. The team confirms the saved result and operation receipt before marking the case complete.

Attachments carry Internal or Shared visibility with their uploader and upload date. Agree who needs each file for review and rehearse access with the actual staff accounts before the pilot is released.

Inspect its receipt, expected revision and effect references. Reconciliation checks locally expected outcomes and marks the receipt as completed or needing review without repeating an external operation.

Program Administrator uses the authorized correction or cancellation action with the current request identity, expected revision, operation key and reason. Review the related evidence and prior decisions so the original history remains understandable.
