Connections for learning delivery

• Learning content and session services. Agree where course material or live sessions are delivered and how the coordinator keeps those arrangements aligned with the request’s planned dates.
• Learner identity sources. Define the learner-reference convention with the system responsible for participant identity. Preserve that reference when recording assessment evidence and supporting files.
• Assessment sources. If another service produces scores or work samples, agree the score meaning, verification procedure and request mapping before accepting its evidence.
• Credential publishing services. Where issuance must reach an external provider, configure the destination and the evidence that confirms its saved result. Retain a real external reference with the operation when one is returned.
• Payment services. Agree any exchange of payment evidence with the service that collects funds. Record the evidence against the appropriate learning request with the intended purpose and access.

Name the owner of each connection and define which records and actions it may use. Preserve the request, review and evidence identities across an exchange. A current revision and operation identity should be checked before a guarded action changes an outcome.

Inspect uncertain receipts before retrying. Reconciliation examines local expected effects and updates receipt state without replaying an external operation. A remote delivery claim needs the actual destination result as well as local evidence. Keep supporting files accessible to the authorized reviewer and control sharing through the provider’s agreed access policy.
