How do I get started?
Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Skincare Clinic Management for your business. Start with an ordinary encounter and the actual coordinator, treating clinician, reviewer and governance identities. Rehearse consent and authority checks before documenting or billing patient work.
What does the coordinator see?
Clinical Coordinator manages scheduling, patient identity, consent administration and permitted operational work. Clinical notes, observations and patient-level specialty evidence stay within the authorized clinical roles and care-team scope.
What must be checked before admission?
The action resolves the patient and treating clinician, relevant consent, current verified professional privilege and active care-team assignment. A scheduled visit or patient consent summary alone does not establish all of that authority.
Who signs a clinical note?
The currently licensed authenticated clinician signs eligible documentation under the relevant professional authority. The note retains its author and signature date, and signed content remains protected from ordinary edits.
How are corrections to signed notes handled?
Use the explicitly authorized amendment process agreed during setup and preserve the signed source. Rehearse the correction with the responsible clinical identities before using it on patient work.
How are treatment photographs controlled?
Submission checks the real encounter and patient, photographic consent, the submitter’s Document privilege and care-team coverage. Images retain their category, capture date and restricted access context, with the same boundaries enforced on the actual file path.
Does a staff role automatically allow access to every patient?
Access depends on the role together with the relevant patient assignment, purpose-specific consent and current professional authority. Rehearse an unassigned patient and an ended assignment to confirm those boundaries.
How does follow-up work reach completion?
Licensed Clinician orders the assigned task and the responsible clinician records completion evidence or escalates. Clinical Reviewer authorizes eligible closure, with the completion date retained for completed work.
How does service billing work?
The authorized billing command starts from an already Approved encounter charge, validates the patient and amount, and invoices eligible scope. It ingests genuine confirmed payment information and compares billed and paid scope for the same patient.
Can a patient payment be assumed to settle a particular charge?
Use the agreed patient-level reconciliation scope and inspect the supporting billing evidence. Any more specific allocation must be established by the configured billing process rather than inferred from a matching amount.
