Get Skincare Clinic Management running in four steps.

Click Get started, then use Proto to configure Skincare Clinic Management for your business. Identify the Clinical Coordinator, Licensed Clinician, Clinical Reviewer and Clinical Governance Administrator for the pilot. Keep technical user setup separate from clinical authority.

Choose an ordinary skincare encounter and prepare its patient identity, relevant signed consent and treating clinician. Clinical Governance Administrator verifies professional evidence and the effective care-team assignment. Clinical Coordinator schedules the visit and rehearses the admission checks.

Have Licensed Clinician prepare the encounter’s observations and note, then sign under current authority. Add specialty assessment and photo evidence only under the applicable consent and restricted access. Rehearse an assigned care task with the responsible clinician and reviewer.

Test admission with expired professional authority and an ended assignment. Attempt note signing as the coordinator and direct photo retrieval through an unauthorized identity. Confirm that signed content stays protected and clinical evidence does not appear in operational or governance views.

Verify billing separately using an Approved charge and a genuine confirmed payment for the same patient. Test a mismatch and a repeated request without partial or duplicate effects. Resolve the findings through the implementation plan before adding more patient work.
