1. Order the task Licensed Clinician

   Licensed Clinician records a care task for the patient, identifies the assigned person and sets the due date. Keep the description appropriate to the task's permitted readers and the intended follow-up work.

2. Perform or escalate the work Licensed Clinician

   The responsible Licensed Clinician records the evidence needed for completion or marks the task Escalated when it requires attention. Keep the task's current state understandable to the team.

   • Record eligible progress, completion evidence or Escalated state
   • Updates Care tasks, Care team assignments

3. Review eligible closure Clinical Reviewer

   Clinical Reviewer checks the evidence within current patient assignment and professional authority, then authorizes eligible completion. A person who can see the queue does not automatically have authority to close every task.

   • Authorize Completed with completed at under current scope
   • Updates Care tasks, Clinical privileges, Care team assignments
   ApprovalA person approves before the work moves on.

4. Confirm the record Licensed Clinician

   Licensed Clinician checks the Completed state and completion date for authorized closed work. Escalated tasks remain visible for the agreed follow-through, and corrections retain the task's patient context.
