How the model is organised

Meter Interval Acceptance

Interval readings references service cases through Parent and Organizations through Organization. Meter and quality flag are text; interval end, energy K wh and Revision describe the submitted reading.

Quality and Source Evidence

Service evidence references service cases and retains line number, Revision, evidence type, occurred at, measured value, Unit, source reference and verified at. Record attachments holds case-linked supporting files.

Service Case Coordination

Service cases references Organization, Owner and Counterparty, with Counterparty pointing to service areas. External incident ID and asset reference remain text source identifiers.

Restoration Review

Service cases carries reported at, affected units and restored at. Review decisions retains the reviewer, source revision, Decision and Reason under the case.

Service Areas and Access

Service areas and team members reference Organizations. Team members.User maps staff membership to Users. Active is boolean on Organizations, service areas and team members.

Corrections and Reconciliation

Operation receipts references service cases and retains operation key, Action, expected revision, result state and effect or external references for comparison.

Keys and references

Preserve record identifiers and business codes such as service cases.record number, Organizations.Code and service areas.Code. Use the source register to resolve Meter consistently. Agree its normalization and the meaning and precision of interval end before validating duplicate detection.

Intervals, evidence, attachments, decisions and receipts can share the same service case. Resolve the actual interval or evidence subject through the action’s verified identity and reference convention. Source revision and expected revision must refer to the intended source type and record. A shared Parent alone cannot associate a decision with the correct interval.

Team members.User resolves the authenticated user for My Service Cases before comparing service cases.Owner. Users.User is a self-reference and must retain its identity mapping. Keep organization references aligned between the case, interval, service area and staff authorization.

Quality flag and Unit preserve source vocabulary. Agree the interval duration and time interpretation with the source before analyzing energy over a period. Keep original and corrective records traceable through their evidence and operation references. For Accepted Energy Review, select the effective accepted result within each Organization and source interval using the verified correction evidence; retain superseded records for history.

Migration order

  1. Establish Organizations and Users, preserving user identity and self-reference mappings.
  2. Link team members and service areas to the intended organization and verify active membership.
  3. Load service cases with the actual reported time, affected scope and resolved owner and area.
  4. Bring in service evidence through the authorized source path, preserving original references, units and revisions.
  5. Load interval readings with correct parent and organization, retaining meter identity, end time and quality designation.
  6. Attach files and preserve decisions and receipts with their exact subject, revision and operation identities.
