Step by step

  1. Identify the confirmation Utility Coordinator

    Utility Coordinator obtains the authorized field result for the intended case. Check the external incident, asset context and actual restoration time. Retain the source evidence needed to explain what was confirmed and which operating scope it covers.

    Compare the confirmation with the case's affected units and current revision. The guarded restoration action refuses partial scope and missing evidence. Resolve uncertainty before requesting the complete restoration outcome.

  3. Confirm restoration Utility Coordinator

    Utility Coordinator invokes the eligible action with the current revision and stable operation identity. The action records the actual restoration time and Restored when its checks pass. Denied actors, stale revisions and changed retries must not bypass those checks.

  4. Review closure evidence Authorized Utility Supervisor

    Authorized Utility Supervisor reviews the evidence supporting case closure. Confirm that the intended scope and actual result are supported. A completed interval under the case is not, on its own, proof of operational restoration.

  5. Close the reviewed case Utility Coordinator

    The eligible coordinator follows the reviewed closure action from Restored to Closed. Retain the confirmation, affected-scope evidence and operation history. Auditor can inspect the sequence without changing the outcome.
