Keys and references

Use Organizations as the parent for partner accounts, products, opportunities, attributions and team members. Link Contacts to Accounts; link opportunity lines to Opportunities and optionally Products. Link creator attributions to their parent opportunity. Review decisions must reference a parent opportunity and Reviewer and can reference the creator attribution under review. Keep record attachments associated with the intended opportunity or attribution. Preserve operation key and external reference on receipts when reconciling outside actions.

Migration order

  1. Load Organizations, team members and Users with stable identifiers.
  2. Load Accounts and Contacts, then Products.
  3. Load Opportunities and opportunity lines, preserving owner and counterparty references.
  4. Load relationship activities and creator attributions with their parent opportunities.
  5. Load record attachments, review decisions and operation receipts; reconcile revision and operation references.
  6. Test organization access, attribution review and a proposal-to-close case before opening the next cycle.
