How do I get started?

What does a social profile represent?
It is the measured property tied to an organization, owner, channel definition and source record identity. Agree that grain before entering facts.
How are post performance facts reviewed?
Each fact carries its observed date, source reference, consent basis and outcome. The team can keep a questionable reading Pending while its source is checked.
How do I know a snapshot covers a report period?
Compare its coverage start and end with the observation’s period. The capture date and freshness state add context but do not replace the coverage check.
Who decides whether a revision is approved?
The Independent Reviewer examines the exact source revision and records the decision, reason and evidence reference.
Can a corrected result keep its earlier history?
Keep the earlier decision, its source revision number and run reference. Record a new decision for the corrected revision so the change remains traceable.
What happens when a metric result is invalid?
Read the status and reason with its numerator, denominator, source row count and linked run. Assign corrective work when the source needs attention.
Where do overdue source questions appear?
Assigned follow up actions have due dates and statuses. The Social Media Analytics Overview includes an overdue follow-up queue.
Can I compare different channels?
Yes, after agreeing on compatible metric definitions, reporting windows and source coverage. Check the definition version and grain before interpreting the difference.
What does a workspace refresh record?
